Who we are

High Peak Pro Ltd (trading as KinetiRisk), company number 11682424, registered in England, Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M2 3WQ. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are a UK company and this policy is written under UK GDPR.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the kinetirisk.com website. The website has no logins and holds no customer data. It publishes content, takes enquiries through a form, and measures visits.

Enquiries

If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, your message and, if you give it, your phone number. We use these to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. You also receive an automatic acknowledgement by email.

Our legal basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): replying to people who contact us. If your enquiry leads to an agreement, we also use the information to take steps towards it (Article 6(1)(b)).

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless an agreement is made, and then delete them.

Security checks

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection, as set out in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive that information.

Hosting and visit measurement

The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to serve pages and to protect the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Neither uses cookies.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or optional analytics cookies, so the website shows no cookie banner. The two analytics services we use, Cloudflare Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics, do not use cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to deliver and protect the site.

Who handles your data for us

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell personal data.

• Cloudflare: hosting, security, Turnstile and visit measurement.
• Ahrefs: visit measurement.
• Resend: sends the enquiry email to us and the acknowledgement to you.
• Google: receives enquiry emails in our mailbox.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it;
• provide it in a portable format.

How to use your rights, and complaints

Email legal@kinetirisk.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Children

The website is for business professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy by publishing a new version on this page, and will change the date above when we do.
